Today we had a special group coffee to say farewell to Ramakant. We are very grateful to have worked with him and wish him the best of luck with his new job at Quantum Science ltd in Daresbury.

For Halloween the School of Physics and Astronomy held a pumpkin carving event, and we found a spooky application for some of our OLEDs.

Meet Saban Tosun, Jean-Charles Ribierre’s new PhD student. His research will be focused on engineering sub-wavelength photonic nanostructures to improve TADF OLEDs.
